I often wonder why the Mac doesn't have classic demos like the old Amiga and ST had. One way to turn some demos around quickly might be to convert the Lost Boys Demo to the Mac, since they supplied source code of a couple of screens from demos. I'm sure I've got the code on disk somewhere. I would put it up on the site but, as I remember, it was covered by a licenceware agreement (the P.D. libaries would charge a little bit extra, and pass this on). I wonder whether the Lost Boys would release this P.D, or allow redistribution of a modified version. If not someone would just have to re-code it (since the ideas in the demo were not new, where does the line of copyright lay?).
