Use this form to order the CD version of LIDE 3 only. Print it out, fill it in and set it with your payment to our address below. Downloadable versions can be ordered via our WWW pages.

Please note that we can accept payment in any currency, but if you pay in anything but Pounds Sterling, please add on the equivalent of 4 Pounds Sterling to cover bank charges.

All information you provide is treated in the strictest confidence. Information you provide will be stored in a computer database. If you do not wish us to do this please let us know.
